Abstract Hot rolling cylinders are the most important machine parts in plastic deformation equipment. They taken out of operation due to breakage caused by predominant action thermal stresses which cause accidental breakdowns mills. In view these aspects, question arose is knowing nature stresses, as well their evaluation. This paper will experimentally determine mechanical and that arise process hot cylinders.
